Centering Lathe Components
Equipment Accuracy:A centering lathe is professional equipment for precision turning of lens holders. It mainly performs lens eccentricity measurement, optical axis correction, and turning of the outer circle and end faces of lens holders to ensure coaxiality between the lens optical axis and the mechanical axis of the lens barrel. It is widely used in the production of industrial lenses, automotive lenses and infrared lenses. The equipment consists of four major parts: main mechanical components, optical inspection components, CNC transmission components and tooling fixtures.
Detailed Introduction:The centering lathe integrates optical eccentricity measurement and precision turning. After lenses are bonded or press-fitted into holders, the outer circle and end faces of the holders are machined referencing the lens optical axis to align the optical axis with the holder's mechanical axis (eccentricity ≤ 1~2 μm). It is widely used for mass production of lens holders for lenses, collimators and endoscopes.
