Centering Turning Parts
Equipment Accuracy:Centering lathe is special equipment for precision turning of lens holders. Its core functions include measuring lens eccentricity, correcting optical axis, and turning the outer circle and end face of lens holders to align the optical axis of lenses with the mechanical axis of lens barrels. It is widely used in the production of industrial lenses, vehicle-mounted lenses and infrared lenses. The complete machine consists of four major parts: mechanical main unit components, optical inspection components, NC transmission components and tooling fixture accessories.
Detailed Introduction:The centering lathe is an integrated device combining optical eccentricity measurement and precision turning. After lenses are bonded or pressed into lens holders, it machines the outer circle and end faces of holders based on the lens optical axis, so as to align the optical axis with the mechanical axis of the holder (eccentricity ≤ 1~2 μm). It is widely applied in mass production of lens holders for general lenses, collimator tubes and endoscopes.
