Centering Lathe Parts
Equipment Accuracy:Centering lathe is dedicated to precision turning of lens holders. Its core processes include lens eccentricity measurement, optical axis calibration, and turning of the outer circle and end faces of lens holders, so as to keep the lens optical axis coaxial with the mechanical axis of the lens barrel. It is widely used for the production of industrial lenses, automotive lenses and infrared lenses. The equipment is divided into four major categories: main mechanical components, optical inspection components, CNC transmission components and tooling fixtures.
Detailed Introduction:The centering lathe is an integrated unit combining optical eccentricity measurement and precision turning. After lenses are bonded or press-fitted into lens holders, the outer circle and end faces of the holders are machined based on the lens optical axis to make the optical axis coincide with the mechanical axis of the holder (eccentricity ≤ 1~2 μm). It is widely used in mass production of holders for lenses, collimator tubes and endoscopes.
