Centering Lathe Components
Equipment Accuracy:A centering lathe is specialized equipment for precision turning of lens holders. Its core functions are measuring lens eccentricity, correcting the optical axis, and turning the outer circle and end faces of lens holders to realize coaxiality between the lens optical axis and the mechanical axis of the lens barrel. It is widely used in the production of industrial lenses, automotive lenses and infrared lenses. The whole equipment falls into four categories: main mechanical components, optical inspection components, CNC transmission components and tooling fixtures.
Detailed Introduction:The centering lathe is an integrated device for optical eccentricity measurement and precision turning. After lenses are bonded or pressed into holders, it machines the outer circle and end faces of lens holders referencing the lens optical axis to achieve perfect alignment between the optical axis and the holder's mechanical axis (eccentricity ≤ 1~2 μm). It is widely used for mass production of holders for standard lenses, collimator lenses and endoscope lenses.
